Over at the 2015 SXSW Interactive Innovation Awards, Not Impossible took the “Innovative 3-DIY” prize at their impactful work on Project Daniel: 3D Printing Ams for Children of War-Torn Sudan, with the team of Mick Ebeling, Elliot Kotek and Sophia Dilley on hand to receive the award.  After the win, Mick Ebeling commented: “I hope that the story of Daniel, and that of Tempt (the graffiti artist for whom NI created the Eyewriter), Don Moir (an ALS survivor for whom NI recently created a voice technology), and many others will continue to inspire many people around the world to help one, help many.”

To close out SXSW with a bang, Believe Media’s Allen Hughes partnered with rap icon Snoop Dogg to discuss art and storytelling for the Closing Music Keynote Conversation. The panel came hot off the news of the two partnering to develop an upcoming HBO drama series set in early 1980’s LA.
