BRAND NEW SCHOOL + Robert De Niro Ask Us to “Remember the Day” for 9/11 Memorial

Brand New School joins forces with BBDO NY to release the “Day to Remember” campaign for the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, in an effort to remind people to take pause on the 12-year anniversary of our nation’s tragedy, and honor the memory of the thousands of lives lost on that fateful day.

The touching public awareness campaign, which includes print, outdoor, digital and video advertising, was produced by BNS and BBDO pro bono. For the TV spot, the Brand New School team creates a sequence of transitioning animated lines that ultimately form the silhouette of the two towers now gone from the NYC skyline. The blue and white visuals are accompanied by the voiceover of actor Robert De Niro, asking people to reflect and visit where they can learn more.
