We abide by the mantra work hard, play hard.

As such, we set our clients up to play harder and better than anyone else around. A good event is as elemental to a company’s branding as your website or graphic design or office decor. You can and should expect a good-will return on every well-planned soiree, whether the budget be big and brash or low-fi and easygoing. We consider every detail, from the ideal date to the proper cocktail, to craft a fiesta that best represents the brand and the situation, and our goal is always, always to make sure that people are going to have a truly memorable time.

We are well versed in how to concept a party on any budget – big and brash to intimate and easy to low-budg and big-energy.  A party is only as good as the thought and love that’s put into it, and we love to come up with some good thoughts.  We consider every detail, from the ideal date to the proper cocktail, in order to craft a fiesta that best represents the brand and the situation, and our goal is always, always to make sure that people are going to have a truly memorable time.

We do all of the event-planning mainstays: concept the “theme,” find locations, coordinate drinks and food, hire valet and service, design invites – and much more, providing unique insights into what can take a party to the next level that can put a company on the map.

Over the course of several years, we have coordinated and facilitated Caviar’s two annual parties, the now-iconic Winter Formal and the Unofficial (Official) AICP After-Party in July. The celebrations started out small and simple, to mirror the company’s refine aesthetic, and grew as Caviar has grown into an industry heavyweight. We moved from the edgier Culver City Elks Lodge for an 80’s prom-themed Winter Formal to the new Caviar office space to 2011’s Madame Tussaud’s extravaganza.
